Warranty Coverage
EuroStone warrants to the original purchaser that EuroStone slabs shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase when used in residential applications.
This warranty covers material defects including structural defects, cracks, fissures, and discoloration that result from manufacturing defects, provided the product has been properly installed, used, and maintained according to EuroStone's guidelines.
What's Covered
- •Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- •Structural integrity of the slab (cracks, fissures not caused by improper installation or use)
- •Color consistency and pattern variation beyond acceptable industry standards
- •Defects in polished or textured finish quality
Exclusions & Limitations
- •Damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or transportation
- •Damage from impact, abuse, or misuse (including cutting directly on the surface)
- •Thermal shock from exposure to extreme heat or sudden temperature changes
- •Damage from harsh chemicals, paint removers, or strong solvents
- •Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or dulling from improper cleaning
- •Natural variations in color, veining, and pattern (inherent characteristics of the material)
- •Outdoor applications or exposure to UV light
- •Commercial or non-residential use
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact EuroStone with the following information:
- 1.Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- 2.Photos of the defect or damage
- 3.Description of the issue and when it was discovered
- 4.Installation details and care/maintenance history
EuroStone reserves the right to inspect the installation and verify warranty coverage. If approved, EuroStone will repair or replace the defective material at our discretion.
