Warranty Coverage
EuroStone warrants to the original purchaser that EuroStone slabs shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when used in commercial applications.
This is a material-only warranty covering defects in the slab material itself. Labor, fabrication, and installation costs are not covered under this commercial warranty.
What's Covered
- •Manufacturing defects in materials
- •Structural integrity defects (not caused by installation or use)
- •Material defects only - replacement slab material
Exclusions & Limitations
- •Labor, fabrication, and installation costs are NOT covered
- •Damage from improper installation, handling, or use
- •High-traffic wear, scratches, or dulling from heavy commercial use
- •Thermal shock, chemical damage, or impact damage
- •Natural variations in color, pattern, and veining
- •Outdoor applications or UV exposure
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a commercial warranty claim, provide:
- 1.Proof of purchase with date of installation
- 2.Detailed photos of the claimed defect
- 3.Description of the defect and when it appeared
- 4.Installation specifications and maintenance records
If approved, EuroStone will provide replacement material only. All labor and installation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
